Do you put setting spray under or over makeup?
Excuse me, I was wondering if you could clarify something for me. I've heard conflicting opinions on the topic of using setting spray. Some people say it should be applied under makeup, while others insist it's meant to be used over makeup. Could you please elaborate on the proper way to use setting spray?
